We have worked with Sam a few times and he’s been amazing all around. This business offers white glove quality service. Sam, Saun, and their trainee were all very professional, polite, and respectful. Sam knows his stuff! They came to my place to install a bathroom fan/heater/light combo and give me a couple more outlets. I couldn't be happier with their work! This is a stand-up group of folks. I have known Sam and Shaun for a few years now. They have been working with me as a slowly remodel my home. They have rewired and put in new plugs. They have been easy to work with and listen to what I want. Putting in the plugs and light switches to fit our lifestyle. They put in lighting into a living room that had none and brighten my garage. Their integrity, knowledge, and great customer service make this company one everyone will enjoy working with. Sam is awesome! We needed some wiring done for our air conditioning and Sam made time for us on the 4th of July to come out to review the job and he got the written estimate out to us the same day. Then he came out to do the work on a weekend to make sure we all had air conditioning in the summer months. He and his crew were friendly, professional, and efficient, and the cost was more than fair (substantially lower than another contractor had quoted us). I called Sam at 911 Electrical for an electrical problem that I couldn't troubleshoot. He was able to fit me in that same evening and figured out the issue really quickly.
